Experience was wonderful . I like the part where she does the hip/glutes. Many people didn't stretch and didn't understand that alot of mobility can be start in those areas. I'm guilty of it, which is why I try to schedule a massage regularly. She definitely has the pressure down and after our sessions, always feel better than when I walked in.
